All of our mechanics have been working here for years, even decades. Each has chosen a career
in equipment repair and has demonstrated expertise in taking care of customer's needs.

  Doyle himself has over 50 years of technical training and experience as a mechanic on all types of engines, transmissions and hydraulic systems. He spent many years as a farm equipment mechanic, and eventually as service manager at a large John Deere dealership. Today his work is still hands-on, overseeing repairs, advising customers and solving repair problems. Doyle is a wealth of mechanical knowledge.Doyle
Jean  Jean is Doyle's wife of over 50 years. She helped start the business in 1980, and has been working in the office ever since. Her background in bookkeeping and retail sales has been a great asset in building Doyle's Equipment into a customer oriented business.

  Scott has been working for Doyle's since the 80's. Growing up working in the orchard, and as a teenager doing small engine repair work for Montgomery Ward, Scott has always been involved in mechanical repair. Scott has proven time and again his capacity to repair any type of machinery from weed trimmers to track loaders. His determination to get things right is a perfect combination with his natural ability to find the best solution for mechanical problems.Scott
Jeff  Jeff has been working for Doyle's for nearly 25 years. He was raised on a farm, and has been repairing and restoring farm equipment since he was young. Jeff has farming in his blood. And with a background that includes several years working in a machine shop building and modifying performance engines, he has a desire for accuracy to go along with his mechanical knowledge and experience. If you need repairs performed on your farm or industrial equipment, Jeff is the man for the job.
  Dwain is the company mascot. As Doyle's youngest son, he grew up in the business and learned very early what it takes to make customers happy. After graduating from Virginia Tech in 1993, he has been involved in every level of the business. He is taking Doyle's hands-on management style into the next generation.Dwain
  Dwain's wife Chelle is our customer service manager.
  Jayson joined Doyle's sales team in 2017.
